Eligibility & Terms of Admission
         RULES OF ELIGIBILITY FOR MH-AAC-CAT & FOR ADMISSION TO B.F.A. FIRST YEAR (OF FOUR YEAR FULL TIME) DEGREE COURSES IN BACHELOR OF FINE ARTS FOR THE EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR AS PER THE DIRECTIONS OF GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA.
         The Common Aptitude Test for the admission to Bachelor of Fine Art degree courses in the State of Maharashtra for this academic year shall be conducted by the Director, Directorate of Art, Maharashtra State, Mumbai appointed by Government of Maharashtra. The competent authority shall devise the system of Allotment/Counseling. This procedure shall be governed by the regulations and directions specified by the Government of Maharashtra from time to time.

1. Admission to Degree Course Bachelor of Fine Art.
                  1. B.F.A. in Painting 4 Years Duration.
                  2. B.F.A. in Applied Art 4 Years Duration
                  3. B.F.A. in Textile Design 4 Years Duration
Candidates seeking admission for the First Year course of the Degree of Bachelor of Fine Art in respective faculty.
Eligibility Criteria:
         Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed/appeared the H.S.C. (Std. XII/10 + 2 level) examination of Maharashtra State Board of replica watches Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (any stream) or its Equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and have secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate. (45% marks in aggregate for backward class category, candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only). Final result H.S.C. fulfilling 50% criteria and 45% require for reserved category achieved not necessarily in first attempt.
And Appeared and obtained non Zero Score at MH-AAC-CAT.

Note:
         
Candidate who have appeared for qualifying examination i.e.H.S.C. (Std.XII) or its equivalent examination during the academic year and whose results are not declared till the last date of submission of application form are eligible to appear for MH-AAC-CAT however for admission to first year of degree course in B.F.A., such candidates must fulfill the criteria.
